About The Host
Gabriel Zacchai is the manager of Kennebec Homebrew Supplies’ Farmingdale location and has been an avid homebrewer for over 18 years. Before January of 2008 he had absolutely no idea what a podcast even was, but after fiddling around abit, it all seemed to come together. This podcast is one of the many creations that come to life under the umbrella of Whispering Ham Productions, which is also responsible for the web design and video content of the KHS website. In addition, Whispering Ham also maintains ihatethat.net and has 7 CD’s, 16 short videos, and an inexhaustible library of other music, comedy and information to it’s credit. (by the way, in case you were wondering, Whispering Ham is simply Gabriel Zacchai and alot of high-end software pretending to be some kind of a fancy company.)
