Hey- love the podcast! I was wondering if you know anything about using molasses to prime beer? If so what amount would be used and what could I expect from it? I was going to use it in a stout I made. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Yo- I have a dilemma- I recently transferred my beer to a glass carboy for secondary fermentation and 3 days later this thin layer of white film developed on the top of level of the beer. I’m thinkin it’s mold- should I throw it out? Is there anything I can do or is this batch toasted? I can send a picture of it if that helps. help.
Responses to these questions may be found near the end of podcast #8! Cheers, GZ
